The Divine Hearts Vocational Training & Innovations Hub is a transformative initiative of Divine Hearts Foundation designed to equip young women, young mothers, and out-of-school youth with practical vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, innovation opportunities, mentorship, and pathways toward sustainable livelihoods.
The project builds on the legacy of the Divine Hearts Training Institute, established in 2016 in Nansana Municipality, Uganda. Between 2016 and 2019, the Institute trained and graduated 309 students through certificate and diploma programs in Hairdressing, Fashion Design and Tailoring, Entrepreneurship, Basic Computing, Soap Making, and Petroleum Jelly/Vaseline Making. We are now working to reopen and expand this vision into a permanent training and innovation hub where skills can become opportunities, ideas can grow into businesses, and individuals can build stronger and more economically independent futures.
Our immediate goal is to raise $81,384 to acquire and title approximately six acres of land in Wakiso District, Uganda, providing a permanent home for the Hub and laying the foundation for its future development. We invite individuals, churches, businesses, foundations, and community organizations to partner with us in making this vision a reality. Every contribution brings us closer to creating a place where people can learn, innovate, develop businesses, and discover new possibilities for themselves, their families, and their communities.
