Divine Hearts Foundation is a 501(c) 3 tax-exempt charity. All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.

Jonathan Mwesigwa Magala, born in Bulanga Village,Iganga district is the youngest of five children and lives with his mother. Their father left for Saudi Arabia and the family has not heard from him since. Jonathan goes to Good Care Infant school Bulanga, but his attendance is irregular due to a lack of school fees. He dreams of becoming a doctor when he grows up. Kindly support Jonathan in his pursuit of this dream.

At the tender age of two, Kate Namugosa was a vibrant and healthy child. Her mother, in an effort to provide for the family, entrusted Kate to her Auntie’s care before leaving to work as a housemaid in the Emirates. Tragically, just four months later, Kate’s mother passed away from an illness that remains unknown to the family.
Currently, Kate is under the compassionate care of the Divine Hearts Foundation. Here, she receives the love and support she needs but urgently requires sponsorship to ensure she can access quality education. Kate has a particular fondness for English, enjoys singing, and loves making new friends.

Sudais was born healthy, but at just 18 months old, she fell seriously ill. Admitted to a local hospital, her illness was not properly diagnosed, and an overdose of quinine left her permanently disabled.
Abandoned by her father because of her disability, Sudais now lives with her grandmother in Jinja. We visit and provide some assistance, but our support is limited.
Sudais urgently needs a wheelchair, consistent medical care, and sponsorship for a quality education. Your help can transform her life, giving her the mobility, health, and opportunities she desperately needs.

Muzakamu was born with a physical disability and autism, diagnosed at the age of 7. He lives with his mother, who works as a house help in Gayaza, a suburb of Kampala, to support their survival.
Muzakamu had been attending school but had to stop due to his poor health and his mother’s financial struggles, which prevent her from affording school fees.

When Aziza was very young, her father abandoned the family. Her mother struggled to provide for them through small-scale subsistence farming, but it was often difficult to put food on the table and impossible to afford school fees for Aziza. Divine Hearts Foundation is now supporting Aziza’s family by providing medical care and ensuring she can attend school.
Aziza dreams of becoming one of the best engineers in the future. Mathematics and science come naturally to her. She loves the color blue and enjoys rope skipping during her free time. At home, Aziza is helpful to her mother and siblings, taking on various house chores with enthusiasm.

Julian Patience Naigulu, hailing from Bulanga Namungalwe Village in Iganga District, is the youngest of six children. She lives with her mother from where Divine Herts supports them. Despite these challenges, she dreams of becoming a teacher. Your support can help Julian pursue this dream and ensure a brighter future for herself.

Joana, a native of central Uganda, tragically lost both her parents to HIV/AIDS. She has lived with her grandmother in Namunkanaga,Iganga district.
Since November 2016, Joana has found comfort and peace while under the care and support from Divine Hearts Foundation. She now studies at Bulanga primary school and dreams of becoming a Social worker when she grows up.

At the age of 4, Tahiru’s mother discovered that her son had an unknown brain illness. Due to poverty and a lack of income, she was unable to seek medical attention, leading to the progression of Tahiru’s’s condition as he grew.
In 2016, with the help of local authorities in Iganga district, Tahiru was connected to Divine Hearts, where he is now supported through our food and nutrition program. He receives medical care at Iganga Health Center and has a strong desire to start studying.
