Yesterday, the Divine Hearts Foundation conveyed its deep appreciation to the women’s ministry and congregation of First United Methodist Church in Horseheads, New York. The special occasion was marked by a visit from Benjamin Musasizi, the Founder of Divine Hearts Foundation, and Doreen Bagonza, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. They were joined by Rev. Dr. Jeff McDowell, the senior pastor of First United Methodist Church and chairman of Divine Hearts Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Since their introduction in February of the previous year, First United Methodist Church has been a steadfast supporter of Divine Hearts Foundation. The church’s active involvement and financial contributions towards the Foundation’s education sponsorship program have played a crucial role in its ongoing success.
Yesterday’s service at First United Methodist Church featured a sermon entitled “Finding True Peace,” delivered by Rev. Dr. McDowell. His message emphasized the principles of community and mutual support, which resonate deeply with the mission of Divine Hearts Foundation.
