We are honored to welcome Andrew Muyomba as the Director of Finance and Administration on the Board of Directors at Divine Hearts Foundation. With over 20 years of experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise that will enhance our organization’s financial sustainability and operational success.
Andrew has held senior leadership roles in finance across various sectors, including his recent position as Director at Minet Uganda Reinsurance Brokers, where he played a key role in ensuring strategic growth, financial governance, and long-term sustainability. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Minet (U) Insurance Brokers Ltd, where he led financial strategy, enhanced compliance frameworks, and implemented governance policies that improved operational efficiency and risk management.
Andrew also has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Help Africa (NGO). During his tenure, he strengthened financial policies, increased organizational liquidity, and led successful fundraising initiatives that raised substancial amounts to support educational sponsorships for vulnerable children.
With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, and deep expertise in investment management, taxation, and risk analysis, Andrew is well-equipped to oversee and enhance the financial and administrative functions of Divine Hearts Foundation. His strong ethical leadership, financial acumen, and commitment to community development will be instrumental in driving sustainable growth and advancing our mission to serve children, youth, and families in need.
